My Story
My journey began with a deep curiosity about people, systems, and the realities that shape society. From my academic years at Aligarh Muslim University to working with leading national and international institutions, I have remained committed to understanding Bharat through research, public health, and population science. Over the years, this path evolved into a larger mission — using knowledge and evidence to create meaningful social impact.
A defining chapter of my work came through my contribution to India’s National Family Health Surveys (NFHS), where I worked extensively on large-scale demographic research, field systems, and public health intelligence across multiple states. These experiences helped shape evidence-based approaches toward healthcare, nutrition, education, and social development while reinforcing one important belief: behind every statistic exists a human story.
Driven by this vision, I founded FactIndepth India to bridge research, governance, and community engagement. Beyond institutions and surveys, my work has expanded into education initiatives, public leadership, and social outreach — always guided by a commitment to building a healthier, more informed, and empowered Bharat through science, society, and responsible leadership.
